Using Dr. Charles Blair’s “Practice Booster Clinical Treatment Analyzer” we reveal your practice’s potential in a 70-page report. This blueprint of opportunities detailing production mix and intensity, new patient flow and more will give potential buyers confidence in their future success.
After potential matches are discerned, our advisors will lead an in-depth interview so you can determine the best match for yourself, your staff and your patients.
We work with attorneys, accountants, practice management consultants and financial advisors to foster a smooth transition. Most of our Professionals have a Real eEstate license and can assist with building and land sales.

This blueprint of opportunities detailing production mix and intensity, new patient flow and more will give you a framework for how to integrate a partner into the practice.
Your practice will be analyzed by Certified Valuation Analysts with dental industry expertise. Their findings are fair, reliable and respected by banking institutions. This analysis leads the financial process for all parties. Customized pro-formas are added to the report to support the investment and integration of a second dentist.
Finding the right partner can be difficult. We utilize Kolbe personality testing to assess the nuances of the potential partner. Testing is done on both clinicians and key staff memebers to confirm a good match for the practice, your patients and your staff.
